Job description

As an Account Executive, DSP Partnerships team, you will play a pivotal role in building new relationships while growing and managing existing partnerships. You'll leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to drive revenue, implement strategic initiatives, and collaborate effectively across all levels. If you're passionate about programmatic advertising and have a proven track record in sales, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
  • Execute the Demand Side Platform (DSP) business development and account management strategy across PubMatic's global footprint
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Work across different internal teams, publisher, solution engineering, product, agency sales
  • Manage client expectations in a timely manner
  • Provide tactical direction to DSP teams to onboard new demand partners, strengthen existing relationships, and expand commercial and strategic opportunities
  • Build and develop meeting decks in collaboration with account team and help tell the story to the DSP partner

Who You Are:
  • 4 to 7 years of related experience in sales and/or account management within advertising technology
  • A well-informed view of the dynamics of cross platform digital advertising and a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
  • A demonstrated track record of progressive responsibility, success in managing strategic partnerships with DSPs and/or programmatic partners
  • Motivated to deliver on goals
  • Strong consultative sales skills, relationship building, external and internal customer satisfaction management
  • Ability to understand and interpret customer needs and partner with product and engineering team to develop solutions
  • Adaptable to evolving and expanding ecosystem
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft office proficient, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Compensation Disclosure
In accordance with applicable law, the below salary range provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
