- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist in producing presentation materials and marketing collateral using Photoshop.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all drafted designs.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Create detailed site plans to support field staff.
- Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of residential construction methods and materials.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in residential drafting or a related field is preferred.
- Experience using any of the Autodesk or Adobe Software Suite
