DMR Technologies designs, manufactures, and supports American-built drones for agriculture, public safety, infrastructure, and commercial applications. We're building the future of drone technology from Lafayette, Louisiana.
Position Summary
DMR is seeking a Senior Drone Technician / Customer Success Manager to lead flight testing, customer support, product validation, and technical training for our commercial drone platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with experience flying agriculture, mapping, thermal, or inspection drones who enjoys solving technical problems and working directly with customers.
Responsibilities
  •  Flight test drones to ensure quality and reliability. 
  •  Troubleshoot hardware, software, and firmware issues. 
  •  Provide technical support via phone, email, and video. 
  •  Train customers and internal employees. 
  •  Develop troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and customer support workflows. 
  •  Support product demonstrations and field testing. 
  •  Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve products and customer experience. 
Qualifications
  •  FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Required) 
  •  3+ years of commercial drone experience preferred 
  •  Experience operating agriculture, mapping, thermal, or inspection drones 
  •  Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills 
  •  Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  •  Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment 
Preferred Experience
  •  DroneDeploy, Pix4D, DJI Terra, or similar software 
  •  Electronics repair or assembly
