As a Drone Operator, you will be part of the Flight Operations team supporting cutting-edge safety technology development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a proactive safety mindset, adaptability to dynamic environments, and enthusiasm for technological innovation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $42 per hour on Experis W2
What's the Job?

  • Operate drones via Remote Control for research, development, and testing missions.
  • Support mission planning, pre-launch activities, and perform lightweight drone maintenance.
  • Conduct logistics planning and assist with operational readiness activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on site operations and pre-launch tasks.
  • Lead small teams during field assignments, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
  • FAA 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
  • 2+ years of remote-control drone piloting experience with strong coordination skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods with breaks.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to meet driver requirements.
  • Willingness to work variable shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and extensive travel (up to 75%).
