Job description

Due to our expansion and growth of our business, we are seeking degreed graphic design specialists with some experience in both print and social media content creation and a preferred background in advertising and luxury marketing, to join our award-winning creative marketing team! This position will work closely with our local office management team and award-winning real estate agents in a marketing services and creative capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate exceptional creative design and materials for use in various advertising campaigns
  • Deploy latest content concepts using AI in combination with creative talents
  • Collaborate with our in-house marketing team and third-party consulting resources
  • Interface effectively with agents and identify effective social media and digital marketing strategies
  • Meet deadlines and proactively communicate needs and status updates to members
  • Bring new concepts and ideas to the table to contribute to the evolution of the firm's marketing efforts

​Qualifications:

  • Should have graphic design degree and project portfolio or extensive prior social and digital content capabilities
  • This is an IN OFFICE position M-F, with minimum 2-3 years' experience in related capacity
  • Advertising, graphic design, digital arts major, graphic design, social, or strong related curriculum preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
