Creative Design Analyst 

This Analyst is responsible for the strategic and creative planning, development, and optimization of visual and interactive elements across a variety of platforms and formats. This role translates user needs and business requirements into engaging features and functionality, contributing to the overall design strategy and execution that drives compelling user experiences and supports agency or business goals. By combining creativity with strategic thinking, this Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping user experiences and delivering impactful visual solutions that drive business success and client engagement. 

Majors: Data Analytics, Graphic Design, Human Centered Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Design

Required Qualifications 
  • Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor's Degree with a target graduation date by Spring/Summer 2026 in these or related areas of study: 
    • Data Analytics, Graphic Design, Human Centered Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Design  
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred) 
  • Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (e.g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date 
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance 
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future 
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment 
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
