As a Program Outreach and Engagement Support Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the team, you will be responsible for...

  • Collaborating with teammates and clients to support strategy development, outreach planning, guidance updates, performance reporting, and identification of opportunities to enhance workforce awareness and engagement.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of workforce-facing communications related to program initiatives, engagement activities, and talent updates for Promotions and Assignments programs.
  • Creating targeted outreach materials, including leadership communications, stakeholder-specific messaging, internal articles, IPTV content, and other communication products to support program objectives.
  • Coordinating outreach execution by submitting and tracking graphics, print, and digital signage requests, while supporting event logistics and in-person engagement activities.
  • Maintaining and updating webpages, outreach trackers, and reporting tools to ensure information is accurate, current, and aligned with program priorities.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience drafting and editing workforce-wide and leadership-targeted communications, including emails, briefings, and program updates.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting stakeholder outreach, employee engagement activities, or change management efforts, including event logistics, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
  • 1+ year of experience maintaining and updating web content and tracking outreach performance metrics, including webpage views, article postings, or engagement indicators.
  • 1+ year of experience managing multiple concurrent deliverables, including communications products, status reports, trackers, and print or digital work orders.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI or above security clearance required 

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting federal clients, preferably in HR, talent, workforce, or internal communications environments.
  • Familiarity with communications metrics, adoption/engagement reporting, or outreach performance tracking. 
  • Experience developing persona-based or audience-specific messaging strategies. 
  • Experience coordinating with internal publishing, design, or digital content teams.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $71,300 to $140,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
