POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Trainer is primarily responsible for overseeing the training of sales teams for franchise locations. They will also monitor the overall performance of franchise locations for their designated region, and offer guidance to franchises to maximize performance. Lastly, they ensure compliance with Driving Academy policy and procedure in franchise locations.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
  • Oversees the initial training of new franchise locations.
  • Conducts and leads in sales training of new Driving Academy locations.
  • Provides individual coaching to franchise management to ensure leadership success.
  • Coordinates with franchise leadership to ensure compliance with Driving Academy policy and practices.
  • Establishes and tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as metrics for organizational success.
  • Assesses franchise location performance via standardized rubric to identify key methods of increasing success.
  • Coordinates with franchise owners in developing strategies and implementation to address location deficiencies.
  • Travels between a local base and franchise locations.
  • Delivers reports to key stakeholders regarding performance of the designated region.
  • Other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5 Years in Direct Sales Experience (required)
  • 3 Years in Management or Supervisory experience (required)
  • 3 Years Sales Training Experience (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field (optional)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Must possess or be able and willing to earn a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, driving, writing, and/or sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds at a time
  • Perform work with OSHA required PPE; Including COVID19 PPE
