Job description

You will be the Contract Management professional for the Contracts Management Team. Our team is responsible for driving contract strategy, execution, and compliance for highimpact defense programs.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Contract Management professional you will be responsible for overseeing endtoend contract activities that support THAAD program pursuits.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Administer contracts from capture through award, performance, and closeout, ensuring all terms are met.

  • Lead negotiations and provide business advice across functions such as program management, finance, legal, and engineering.

  • Serve as the authorized company representative to customer buying teams, building effective relationships and safeguarding company interests.

  • Coordinate audit support and verify contractual compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Assess risk on proposals and contract changes, offering alternative language and mitigation strategies while preparing reports for senior leadership.
