Omega Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Performance Engineer to work with their client, Apple. The main responsibilities include writing and executing automation drivers for load tests, performing load tests to validate system performance, and collaborating with developers to resolve performance issues.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Write and execute automation drivers in java for load tests including defining applicable metrics and measurements for load, latency and longevity, building systems to apply loads
โ€ข Perform load tests and analyze the results to validate system performance and stability
โ€ข Core Java Coding is mandatory
โ€ข Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and Work with developers and Engineers to fix the issues.
โ€ข Experience in tools such as Load Runner, JMeter
โ€ข Evaluate System performance and recommend improvements.
โ€ข Proficient in core java with a good knowledge of data structures.
โ€ข Basic understanding of application servers.
