Customer Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Engineer in customer support, service management, or a related field. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead management of web portal and user catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer service offerings.
  • Oversee helpdesk operations, managing tickets from submission to resolution while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate with government teams to provide actionable feedback and implement process improvements.
  • Design and deploy customer surveys for helpdesk, projects, and enterprise support to drive service enhancements.
  • Partner with customers to capture new requirements, ensuring proper documentation and delivery of tailored services that meet their objectives.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or related roles.
  • Must be a US Citizen - Able to obtain a Public Trust.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience with helpdesk management, web portals, and customer survey tools is highly desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality service.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
