Transportation Job Summary

Arabella Health & Wellness of Russellville is seeking a Transportation Driver to join our team! As a Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for transporting residents to scheduled appointments and other required activities, while ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.

Transportation Driver Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the day-to-day operations of the transportation department
• Drive residents to appointments and activities, ensuring timely and safe transportation
• Ensure the bus/van is fully operational and maintained at all times
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Respond to inquiries relating to your particular area or to requests from residents, visitors, or other personnel within given periods
• Ability to work other hours as needed or required
• Follow safety guidelines and trainings to prevent work injuries

Transportation Driver Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with moving residents quickly and efficiently to accommodate new admissions on the same day
• Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor
• General hours: Monday - Friday 8-5. Hours may vary due to needs of transportation outside of these hours. Weekends/evenings/early mornings are possible. Number of hours vary weekly.
