In this role, you will serve as a key resource for drivers by assisting with onboarding, documentation, compliance requirements, operational support, and ongoing administrative needs.

What You'll Do as a Driver Admin:Driver Support & Administration
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for drivers regarding administrative questions and support needs.
  • Assist drivers with onboarding paperwork, licensing requirements, and company documentation.
  • Maintain accurate driver records and ensure all required information is up to date.
  • Process driver applications, agreements, and supporting documents.
  • Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and operational requirements.
  • Assist drivers with account setup, system access, and administrative processes.
Compliance & Documentation Management
  • Monitor driver files to ensure compliance with company, local, state, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track expiration dates for licenses, permits, certifications, and other required documents.
  • Coordinate document renewals and follow up with drivers regarding missing or incomplete information.
  • Maintain organized and confidential driver records.
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews as needed.
Operational Support
  • Collaborate with operations, dispatch, recruiting, and management teams to support driver success.
  • Assist with scheduling orientations, training sessions, and driver meetings.
  • Respond to driver inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
