In this role, you will serve as a vital support resource for our driver network by managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring drivers have the resources they need to succeed.

As a key member of the operations team, you will work closely with drivers, leadership, and internal departments to support daily administrative functions, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to a positive driver experience. What You'll Do as a Driver Admin: Driver Administration & Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for drivers regarding administrative questions and support requests.
  • Assist with new driver onboarding, documentation, orientation scheduling, and account setup.
  • Maintain accurate driver records, files, and database information.
  • Process driver applications, agreements, and required paperwork.
  • Ensure all driver documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
  • Provide timely support and assistance to drivers regarding company policies and procedures.
Documentation & Record Management
  • Maintain organized and confidential driver files and records.
  • Monitor required documentation, licenses, certifications, and renewal deadlines.
  • Track and update driver information in company systems and databases.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure records remain current and complete.
  • Ensure documentation is properly stored and readily available when needed.
  • Assist leadership with administrative reporting and record requests.
Operational Support
  • Coordinate driver meetings, training sessions, orientations, and administrative appointments.
  • Collaborate with operations, dispatch, recruiting, and management teams to support driver success.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and daily office administrative functions.
  • Help identify and improve administrative processes and workflow efficiencies.
  • Support special projects and department initiatives as assigned.
Driver Relations & Communication
  • Build positive and professional relationships with drivers and staff.
  • Communicate important updates, company information, and operational changes.

  • Support driver engagement and retention initiatives through effective communication and follow-up.
Reporting & Administrative Assistance
  • Generate reports related to driver activity, onboarding, documentation, and operational metrics.

  • Provide leadership with timely updates and accurate information.
  • Assist with workforce planning and scheduling support as needed.
