Job Overview

We are actively hiring Drive Testers / Field Test Engineers to support 4G LTE and 5G network testing projects across the U.S.

This is a field-based role where you will collect real-time network performance data using industry-standard tools like TEMS, XCAL, and PcTEL scanners.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform drive testing for LTE/5G networks using TEMS / XCAL tools
  • Execute assigned drive routes and collect RF data
  • Set up and configure drive test kits (UEs, scanners, laptops)
  • Operate PcTEL scanners and mobile devices for testing
  • Upload logs/data and maintain accuracy
  • Troubleshoot device, network, and equipment issues
  • Communicate updates to Project Managers and clients
  • Work independently in field environments

Required Qualifications
  • Experience with TEMS or XCAL drive test tools
  • Knowledge of 4G LTE / 5G network testing
  • Experience with PcTEL scanners or similar RF tools
  • Ability to configure drive test kits independently
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, laptop usage)
  • Good communication skills
