Drive Testers (Contract) – Dallas, TX

Location: Dallas, TX (Local candidates only)
Duration: 3 months +
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking 10 Drive Test Engineers (DTs) to support an upcoming wireless network testing project in the Dallas, TX area. This is a short-term contract opportunity with an immediate start for qualified candidates.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be local to the Dallas, TX area
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on Drive Test experience in wireless networks
  • Proficiency with XCAL drive test and analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of drive test execution, data collection, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with post-processing and analysis of drive test logs
  • Knowledge of LTE and/or 5G network performance optimization
