What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales & Build Relationships – Lead client interactions with honesty, integrity, and care.
  • Maximize Productivity – Track sales, customer satisfaction, and team efficiency daily.
  • Maintain Shop Standards – Ensure processes are followed to meet profit goals & deliver top-tier service.
  • Collaborate & Support – Work closely with our service advisors, parts manager, GM, and QC porter to keep operations running smoothly.
