Premier Automotive Specialists is a high-performing, customer-focused automotive repair facility seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our growing team. About the Shop

  • Established, high-volume shop generating $500K–$650K monthly revenue
  • Strong performance metrics

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Competitive Base Salary + Commission; based on monthly GP percentage
  • Total Compensation: 6 Figure plus potential

  • Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
  • Maintain high ARO and production standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer
  • Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple vehicles and clients simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented attitude with a high level of accountability
  • Dealership or high-volume shop experience is a plus
