We are seeking a Paralegal Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
  • Record and store client information
  • Negotiating to resolve outstanding disputes
  • Customer Service via telephone communication
  • Efiling
  • Taking payments/ negotiating payment terms
  • Communicating with various Courts and related entities
  • Calendaring
  • Open Files

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
  • Familiarity with drafting legal documents
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Experience with Efiling documents
