Baptist Health is hiring a Construction Project Manager III to join the Construction Design Management team. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown campus of Baptist Health.

Experienced Construction Project Manager w/ 15+ years of project management or 10+ years of Healthcare construction experience. Has demonstrated contractor oversight, cost estimating, and cost control of Large Medical Facility projects, inclusive of all aspects of building, infrastructure, and site. Has engagement with and understanding of national healthcare construction codes, guidelines, and best practices. Has a history of Healthcare User engagement, Administration engagement, and Facilities engagement. Has experience in Medical Equipment coordination. Has experience in complex interior renovations of hospital departments as well as greenfield project construction. Has experience in consultant contracts and oversight of internal team members. Will develop, maintain, and oversee protocols, databases, and strategy for achieving most efficient and effective cost control on large-scale construction projects. Will be a team member within Baptist Design & Construction department.
