ABOUT CONTAINER PARK

Experience Downtown Container Park, an open-air shopping center filled with boutique retail shops, unique restaurants, and live entertainment for the whole family – located in the heart of Las Vegas! From gourmet quick service dining at Downtown Terrace to award winning cocktails from Oak & Ivy, there’s something for everyone. Kids will love the interactive playground featuring The Treehouse, and adults can relax while enjoying free concerts, movies, and more on the main stage.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Greeter is the face of Container Park, responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, welcoming, and informative environment for all patrons. This role combines customer service, safety awareness, event coordination, and property maintenance duties to enhance the overall visitor experience.

KEY RESPONSILITIES

  • Actively greet and welcome patrons to Container Park
  • Keep a calendar of events that will be taking place in Container Park each day
  • Walk the premises and keep it free of refuse, graffiti, and hazardous materials and discard items that could present a safety hazard to visitors of the property
  • Provide assistance to visitors in the form of verbal directions to different areas of Container Park
  • Be proactive about crime prevention and immediately report any suspicious activity or dangerous situation to the proper authority, while remaining a vigilant witness to the incident
  • Complete concise witness statements to assist law enforcement with criminal investigations
  • Complete an internal report of any incident and file it in the database maintained by the company
  • Accept packages or letters being delivered to Container Park
  • Monitor and uphold policies and procedures in Tree House
  • Call for “Team Walks” when requested by visitors to The Container Park
  • Monitor Container Park surveillance system
  • Keep count of patrons entering and exiting Container Park
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management

WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be able to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor environments
  • Tolerate environmental conditions such as excessive noise, heat, cold, and cigarette smoke

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to obtain a Sheriff's Card and TAM Card
  • Strong familiarity with Downtown Las Vegas, its businesses, and services
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to handle guest issues and requests
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Professional hygiene and grooming standards
  • Friendly, helpful, and effective at guest communication
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role’
