Job Summary
RPA is seeking a Manager of Analytics to lead reporting and insights for a major account. This role owns end-to-end performance reporting, delivers strategic insights, and drives proactive communication across cross-functional teams. As a highly client-facing role, strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate is analytically strong, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, with a positive, professional approach and strong interpersonal skills. • Manage weekly client dashboards, ensuring data is ingested properly, QA'd, reconciled, and delivered accurately
• Own monthly reporting from start to finish, including analysis, insights, and any internal and client presentations
• Develop optimization recommendations and actionable insights
• Maintain project status tracking and communicate updates proactively
• Support executive and client presentations
• Partner collaboratively with media, strategy, creative, and client teams
• Support additional analytics and reporting requests as needed
