Job Summary

RPA is seeking a Manager of Analytics to lead reporting and insights for a major account. This role owns end-to-end performance reporting, delivers strategic insights, and drives proactive communication across cross-functional teams. As a highly client-facing role, strong presentation and communication skills are essential.

The ideal candidate is analytically strong, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, with a positive, professional approach and strong interpersonal skills. They build trust across teams, communicate proactively, and thrive in fast-paced environments. While the required technical and analytical skills outlined in the job description are critical, true success in this role will come from a genuine motivation to support a highly engaged client in achieving their business and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage weekly client dashboards, ensuring data is ingested properly, QA'd, reconciled, and delivered accurately

Own monthly reporting from start to finish, including analysis, insights, and any internal and client presentations

Develop optimization recommendations and actionable insights

Maintain project status tracking and communicate updates proactively

Support executive and client presentations

Partner collaboratively with media, strategy, creative, and client teams

Support additional analytics and reporting requests as needed
