Job description

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Doorman/Bellhop.
What will you be doing most days?
• Responsible for the meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests
• Open doors, carry bags, and provide a guest assistance as needed
• Handle problems and errands as they arise
• Receive mail and packages from courier services and hold these in safe storage until picked up by the intended recipient.
• Stay alert during your shift in order to screen for security
• Other administrative tasks as requested by supervisors, such as coordinating materials for events and confirming building or guest information
What are the requirements for this position?
  • You must have excellent communication skills and a customer service aptitude
  • You must be reliable, highly organized, have a strong attention to detail, courteous, friendly, professional, and amiable
  • You must be able to lift 50+ lbs

Physical Requirements for this Position
This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
