Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Concierge / Doorman for the Mar Monte Hotel in Santa Barbara, CA.


About the Role:

As a Concierge / Doorman at the Mar Monte Hotel you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with their inquiries, luggage, and requests, ensuring that their stay is both enjoyable and memorable. You will act as a liaison between guests and various hotel services, including dining, entertainment, and transportation, while also promoting local attractions and events. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail, as you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking assistance. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the hotel's reputation for outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a concierge or front desk position.
