Join the AAA Parking team as a Doorman! This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while meeting new people in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

As the first point of contact for guests, the Doorman plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and luxurious experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, opening doors, and coordinating with valet and concierge services to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet all guests and visitors upon arrival and departure.
  • Open doors and assist guests with luggage, packages, or strollers.
  • Provide directions and information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with valet staff to ensure efficient vehicle handling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
  • Assist guests with hailing taxis or arranging transportation.
  • Monitor guest flow and ensure a safe and secure entrance.
  • Support bell staff and concierge with guest service needs.
  • Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to hotel security.

The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable of all local attractions, restaurants, entertainment ideas and directions.

Must always present a pleasant customer service attitude Understand and practice aggressive hospitality Greet all guests with a smile at all times Use the guest last name at all times when appropriate Responsible for opening doors for all guests entering and exiting the hotel Provide professional aggressive hospitality in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner to all guests Assist guest with transportation to offsite locations using only approved taxi/limo service Maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure Knowledge of hotel layout, meeting rooms, amenities, services, main attractions in the area, parking rates, etc. Continually monitor and maintain cleanliness and order of guest services area Post up in appropriate area when not completing tasks.
