Job description

At The Sagamore Resort, exceptional guest experiences begin the moment a guest arrives. We are seeking an outgoing, polished, and hospitality-driven Hotel Lobby Ambassador to provide a warm welcome, create a memorable first impression, and help maintain a beautiful and inviting lobby environment.
This role is much more than a traditional doorman position. The Hotel Lobby Ambassador plays an important part in the guest arrival experience by greeting guests, assisting with directions, supporting the Front Office Team, and ensuring the lobby always reflects The Sagamore's luxury standards. It is also a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door and learn the ropes of hospitality in a guest-facing role.
Hourly Rate: $17.00
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Maintain a pristine lobby appearance, including keeping the fireplace lit, pillows fluffed, and public areas clean and free of debris
• Assist the Front Desk with guest arrival touches, including handing out champagne
• Guide guests throughout the resort and provide information on amenities, outlets, events, and hours of operation
• Proactively engage with guests and offer assistance
• Support the Front Desk and other teams during busy arrival and departure periods
• Help create a polished and elevated guest experience
