About This Role
  • As a hardware specialist, deliver exceptional consultative services to homeowners and professionals in the trade, offering tailored door hardware solutions for residential and commercial applications.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, designers, architects, contractors, and remodelers, while fostering strong relationships with existing customers.

  • Through in-depth product knowledge and expert guidance, educate customers and assist them in selecting the best hardware solutions for their needs.

Ensure seamless customer service through prompt follow-ups, deliveries, and interactions with installation contractors.

  • Cultivate a collaborative environment by working closely with other sales associates and sharing knowledge to achieve collective success.

Drive results-oriented sales by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.


What You'll Do
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, technological advancements, and product offerings in architectural hardware, plumbing, and related fields.

Leverage exceptional organizational skills to manage hardware projects, working closely with customers' designers, decorators, contractors, architects, and builders.

Efficiently use computer systems to process, update, and complete sales orders.

Requirements
