Kamco Supply is looking for an Experienced Commercial Door Project Manager. This is a full-time position. This person will have a full understanding of the Division 8 (door and hardware) division. This encompasses hollow metal doors, wood doors, frames, and hardware. Work location would be out of the Rochester, NY Branch.  Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Use phone and email to communicate with customers.Run a job from take off to completion.Complete take offs and read construction plans.Create quotes, bids, and sales orders.Ability to communicate with vendors to receive pricing for material.Create POs and purchase material.Self-starter who is sales motivated.Handle multiple projects at the same time. Experience / Knowledge:Minimum 5+ years within the Division 8 sector, specializing in Doors, Frames, and Hardware.Estimating experience and knowledge.Knowledge to find errors in specs and communicated that to customers when needed.Industry knowledge of different type of manufacturers and vendors (i.e. Assa Abloy, Allegion, Hager, Pemko, Masonite, DeLaFontaine, etc.).Knowledge of industry software (ProCore, Building Connect, Software for Hardware). Benefits:Weekly payPTOOvertime401K matchingDental, vision, and life insuranceNo weekends Pay:Annual salary of $75,000 - $90,000Based on experience and knowledge
