Commercial Service Technician – Execute Complex Electrical Troubleshooting and Customer-Facing Field Operations


Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will serve as a premier technical representative in the field, resolving complex electrical challenges directly for our commercial clients. This role gives you the independence to manage service calls while knowing your individual contribution is highly valued by a team that listens to your feedback. You will have the opportunity to showcase your mastery in a position that rewards technical excellence and honest communication.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate commercial electrical systems and control issues to restore operations quickly.
  • Execute precise repairs and maintenance workflows in strict alignment with current electrical codes.
  • Manage face-to-face client interactions professionally to deliver exceptional service and build trust.
  • Schedule and complete daily service calls efficiently to optimize project timelines and customer satisfaction.
  • Document technical findings and actions taken clearly to maintain absolute project transparency.
  • Adapt to evolving job requirements on-site while consistently working toward high performance goals.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven technical experience functioning at a journeyman electrician level within commercial environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to independently troubleshoot and resolve diverse field electrical failures.
  • Strong verbal communication skills necessary for professional customer interaction and team collaboration.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License to safely operate a company-provided service vehicle.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 years of professional commercial electrical service experience.
  • Completion of a formal Electrical Trade School program or possession of a Journeyman Card.
