Position Description:

Employees in this job function plan and oversees the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.). They could also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles

Skills Required:

Software Development Lifecycle, Stakeholder Engagement, KANBAN, Continuous Improvement Process, Scrum (Software Development), Jira, Agile Software Development

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master, TPM, Release Management or similar role within a software development environment, preferably with e-commerce or backend systems. • Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams. • Advanced proficiency with JIRA for managing plans, backlogs, sprints, issues, and releases. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa. • High level understanding of SDLC processes such has development branching strategies, QA processes, and deployment patterns • Understanding of e-commerce backend processes, APIs, integrations, and data flows is highly desirable. • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus. Exposure to AI/ML tools or concepts for automating or improving agile management processes (e.g., Backlog readiness, story creation, QA automation) is a significant advantage.

Experience Preferred:

- Exposure to Automotive domain - Previous experience with building and maintaining custom ecommerce platform is highly preferred.

Additional Information :

Key Responsibilties : • Agile Leadership: Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for several e-commerce backend development team. • Process Optimization: Champion Agile best practices, coaching the team and stakeholders on Agile principles to optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Coach the ART on agile software development and course correct any anti-patterns. • Program Increment (PI) planning: Ensure visibility and flow of features and capabilities from analysis, implementation, and through to release. • Backlog Management: Work with Technical Program Leads, Software Architects and Leads to maintain a well-refined (Sprint + 2), and estimated product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. • Risk & Impediment Management: Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks that may hinder team & cross team progress, escalating as necessary. Tooling Expertise: Expertly utilize Tooling (Github; Atlassian, Xray) for backlog management, sprint planning/tracking, delivery execution, and release management.
