Home Help Program Specialist (Current or Former MDHHS Employee Preferred)

Home Choice is seeking a knowledgeable professional with experience in Michigan's Home Help Program.

Employment Type:

  • Full-time or Part-time

  • In-office, Remote (Work from Home), or Hybrid

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current or former Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) employee

  • Experience with the Home Help Program, including assessments, eligibility, authorizations, and case management

  • Strong understanding of MDHHS Home Help policies and procedures

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Home Help operations and compliance

  • Work with clients, caregivers, and MDHHS staff

  • Help resolve authorization and enrollment issues

  • Provide guidance on Home Help program policies and procedures

Compensation:
65k-90k based on experience

Current and former MDHHS Home Help caseworkers, specialists, supervisors, and program staff are strongly encouraged to apply.
