Position Overview

We are a busy and growing legal services company supporting law firms with process serving and document delivery. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Document/Intake Specialist to help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, working with legal documents, and supporting a fast-paced office environment. You will work closely with our internal team to ensure that they are supported.

What You'll Do

  • Review and process legal documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform data entry to initiate, update, and close case files
  • Prepare, scan, image, and upload legal documents for law firm clients
  • Maintain organized digital records and case documentation
  • Communicate with law firms, customers, and contract process servers regarding case updates
  • Perform collection calls for past due balances when necessary
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical duties to support office operations

What You'll Bring
