Hill International is seeking a Document Control Specialist in Seattle, Washington
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintenance, organization, storage and retrieval of project and administrative documents.
  • Assist with file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate version control, revision history, and document status.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor document compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure document requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Respond to document-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support onboarding and training of project staff on document control processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or 2 years Associate's degree preferred.
  • 5 + years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of document control principles, versioning, and records management.
  • Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $93,000 - $128,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
