Property Management Assistant (Office-Based)
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am - 5:00 pm
We are a well-established property management company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to support daily office operations and serve as a key point of contact for tenants, property owners, and vendors.
Success in this role depends on thoughtful scheduling, strong organization, and the ability to anticipate logistics before problems arise.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and understands how small details affect larger outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute leases and tenant documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Answer and return phone calls from tenants and property owners in a professional, timely manner
  • Schedule property showings and appointments throughout the county, coordinating efficiently with leasing agents
  • Plan schedules that make good use of agent time by considering location, drive time, and overall logistics
  • Minimize repeat visits to the same property whenever possible
  • Maintain organized digital and paper records
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed
