Job description

Our Mission:
Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a Business Management Administrator - Principal / Business & Documentation Administrator to support the MCTO National Security Systems task order at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This position will provide business, administrative, purchasing, procurement, and documentation support in a mission-focused environment.
Duties:
  • Perform business management and administrative support activities for the program.
  • Support purchasing and procurement activities, including coordination, documentation, and tracking.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize business and program documentation and records.
  • Coordinate administrative requirements and provide timely support to program personnel and stakeholders.
  • Track and manage business-related actions, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Perform additional administrative and business support duties as required by the program.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in purchasing and/or procurement.
  • Strong administrative and business management experience.
  • Experience preparing, maintaining, and managing professional business documentation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Salary Range:
Pay range information will be disclosed consistent with applicable state and local pay transparency laws once available. For this position, the anticipated salary range is $145,000-$166,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
