Job description

Primary duties:

  • Sort and prepare documents for imaging.
  • Scan documents, verifying that they are imaged correctly.
  • Accurately index images
  • Complete all work in line with production schedule and expected productivity guidelines.
  • Complete all daily production logs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including but not limited to cleaning your work area at the end of each shift.
  • Data Entry – alphanumeric

Other Duties may include:

  • Working in other departments as workloads dictate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Strong typing skills is a plus.
  • Knowledge of document imaging/ scanning hardware and software and experience creating electronic copies of documents is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Staff achieving production quotas are eligible for monthly performance bonus.
