Engineering Document Controller

Paducah, KY | Full-Time | Salary: Open

We are looking for a detail-oriented Engineering Document Controller to support engineering and project teams by managing technical documentation, ensuring compliance, and maintaining efficient document workflows. This is a key role in ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility of project information in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain engineering and project documentation across the full document lifecycle
  • Administer EDMS platforms (Aconex, Proarc, SharePoint, etc.) including version control, workflows, and archiving
  • Track document submissions, revisions, approvals, and distribution
  • Ensure compliance with document control procedures and project requirements
  • Support audits, reporting, and dashboard tracking for project documentation
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure document accuracy and timeliness
