Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $33.19hr - $38.19hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Sense of urgency in completing tasks.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the organization’s document library.
  • Organize, index, and store documents in a secure location.
  • Ensure documents are accessible to authorized users.
  • Sort and organize high volumes of regulatory hard copy records.
  • Separate records by proceeding number.
  • Identify and remove duplicate documents.
  • Log disposed records in the official disposal log.
  • Dispose of records in approved bins according to policy.
  • Box and label records for relocation.
  • Identify and separate confidential, legal hold, or sensitive materials.
