Location: Houston, TX / Mexico City
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote)
Overview:
This role will focus on managing and optimizing document control processes within SharePoint, ensuring efficient document storage, access, and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain document control systems within Microsoft SharePoint
  • Organize, structure, and manage document libraries and workflows
  • Ensure proper version control, metadata, and document governance
  • Support internal teams with SharePoint usage and best practices
  • Improve document management processes and system efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and audit requirements
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of document control experience
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience with EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) 
  • Experience designing or managing document management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
