Location: Beaumont, TX

Metalforms was recently acquired by the TransTech Group, a leading provider of custom-engineered and fabricated solutions for liquids and gas processing, storage, transfer, and utilization across a broad range of industries including energy, petrochemical, specialty chemical, renewables, biofuels, and a variety of industrial process industries.

Job Summary:

The Document Control Specialist supports quality control and manufacturing operations by managing, organizing, and maintaining critical project and quality documentation. This role is responsible for tracking records, preparing customer databooks, verifying documentation accuracy on the shop floor, and coordinating inspection schedules to ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Quality Control Manager with daily tasks.
  • Manage, track,organizeand store critical documents from multiple departments.
  • Building data-books containing sensitive design and test information to present to our customers.
  • Work in a shop environment to verify documentation matches actual material on the shop floor being processed.
  • Maintain a quality control calendar for scheduled inspections.
