Summary

The Document Control who helps Design team such as organizing drawing, purchase document, billing of material, delivery history,etc.)

Reporting Relationships

The document control reports to the Project Manager and Engineering Manager.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assists with document control tasks, including issuing documents, uploading files to the server, and organizing document lists.(submittal, drawing, technical document)
  • Organize material table
  • Organize QR code list based on the drawing.
  • Organize and issue mechanical drawings and purchasing documents for the team.
  • Handle the submission of applications required for site activities.
  • proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or similar
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
  • Upholds and adheres to the Organo culture and Guiding Principles.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and adaptability when taking on new tasks or projects.
Plus
  • Auto CAD skill is a plus.(Assists with modifying and reviewing drawings for a variety of projects.)
  • Check price and lead time with vendors, support to issues purchase orders with purchasing team based on document.
  • Plans and coordinates delivery for purchasing items.
  • Assists with fabrication drawing review.
  • Assist with field inspections by referencing relevant documentation.
Education

Minimum education is a Bachelor of university.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of similar experience is required.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, required.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, required.
  • Chinese/Japanese proficiency is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Domestic and international travel required, 5% of time.
