Job Description:
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and proofread documents, including GAAP financial statements, reports, presentations, proposals, and client correspondence.
  • Assist with data gathering and data entry into various systems.
  • Manage and maintain electronic databases/workflow systems to track jobs and produce reports for prompt delivery of information to clients and internal teams.
  • Provide high level clerical / administrative support to our department leaders
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Manage multiple calendar and email accounts
  • Prepare confidential documents that adhere to legal and public accounting standards

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Advanced level skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Previous experience working with accounting, auditing, or finance programs, a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to grasp new technologies quickly
