We are currently looking for a bright, energetic team member for a fast-paced office. We are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Document Manager who will perform general office duties for our company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing front desk
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Greeting and maintaining customer relationship
  • Payment processing
  • Generating daily/weekly/monthly invoices and reports
  • Managing incoming messages and scheduling appointments
  • Collecting and scanning client's documents
  • Organizing electronic filing
  • Organizing and maintaining paper files and filing system
  • Working with confidential documents
  • Controlling document flow
  • Duties may also include data entry, reconciliations, creating/maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

  • Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, scanner, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback. Rule of three P's apply - Professional, Positive, and Pleasant.
  • Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic accounting and QuickBooks knowledge are a plus
  • Able to type 50-65 wpm
  • Organized and Clean
  • Can do attitude is a huge plus
  • Team player
  • Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
