THE POSITION:

STACK is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our construction finance function. This role will support calling for equity from our investors, budget-to-actual analyses, cash flow forecasts, and performance metrics at both the project and portfolio level across various departments in the organization. Strong analytic and interpersonal skills, prioritizing collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and supporting strategic financial initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly capital calls to investors to ensure funding is received in a timely manner

  • Assist teams with tracking costs and forecasting cashflows for projects that are in diligence phases

  • Track and monitor recurring variances, identifying trends and risk areas impacting forecast accuracy

  • Improve financial workflows, modeling standards, and reporting processes to increase rigor, efficiency, and scalability

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to support efficient data management

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses related to strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions translating assumptions into clear financial impact and decision-ready insights

  • Track capital commitments and approvals

Compensation Range:

$76,320.00 - $83,740.00
