Job description

Summary:

We are looking to hire a Deal Origination Analyst (DOA) to continue our growth trajectory through acquisition. This individual will report to the Chief Development Officer, and partner closely with the full LiveWell Partners team to implement the target acquisition strategy for LiveWell Partners (“LiveWell”).

In this role, the DOA will lead efforts to build LiveWell's acquisition pipeline by developing strong relationships with home care owners and operators. This is a phone-forward, relationship-driven role where success is measured by consistently identifying receptive owners, earning their trust, and setting qualified introductory meetings for the acquisitions team. The DOA will understand LiveWell's ideal acquisition profile, strategically identify and prioritize targets, and execute thoughtful outreach to engage high-potential prospects. The ideal candidate is a persistent, personable communicator who is comfortable with high-volume outreach, manages multiple opportunities across all stages of the outreach cycle, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. They communicate with warmth, authenticity, and discretion, handle rejection with resilience, adapt their approach when needed, and can speak credibly with agency owners about the sensitive, high-stakes decision to explore a sale.

Primary Responsibilities:

·        Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to owners of home health and hospice agencies through phone, email, and other creative relationship-building strategies to introduce LiveWell Partners and identify potential acquisition opportunities.

·        Build trusted relationships with prospective sellers by asking thoughtful questions to assess their interest, motivations, and timing while identifying qualified acquisition opportunities.

·        Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and in-person meetings between qualified owners and the acquisitions team, ensuring a seamless handoff.

·        Research, identify, and prioritize acquisition targets that align with LiveWell's growth strategy, maintaining a healthy and active pipeline of prospective sellers.

·        Develop and execute disciplined outreach campaigns while continuously refining messaging, tactics, and engagement strategies to improve results.

·        Maintain organized, consistent follow-up with prospective sellers over time, ensuring promising relationships remain active until owners are ready to engage.

·        Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, including contact information, outreach activity, call notes, relationship status, and next steps.

·        Partner closely with the Chief Development Officer and other members of the acquisitions team to advance qualified opportunities through the acquisition process.

·        Track and report outreach activity, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics while representing LiveWell Partners with professionalism, authenticity, and discretion in every interaction.

·        Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Requirements:

·        1–3+ years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, business development, or a similar relationship-driven role.

·        Proven comfort with high-volume outbound outreach and the ability to engage cold prospects, generate interest, and set qualified appointments.

·        Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust over the phone.

·        Ability to clearly communicate value and create interest among prospective clients or business owners who may not initially be considering a transaction.

·        Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection and objections while maintaining momentum and professionalism.

·        Highly organized with strong attention to detail and CRM discipline; reliable in tracking activity, managing follow-up, and maintaining accurate records.

·        Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently with the discipline to manage priorities, maintain consistent activity levels, and drive results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience in the home health, hospice, home care, or broader healthcare services industry.

·        Experience with business development, sales, or relationship management involving business owners or complex decision-making processes.

·        Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, business brokerage, or sourcing acquisition opportunities.

·        Experience using CRM and outreach tools such as MondayCRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
