Job description

  1. Administer hardware, software, endpoints, operating systems, deployments, licensing, assets, patching, and lifecycle management.
  2. Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, system performance, upgrades, and capacity planning.
  3. Administer Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  4. Manage Active Directory, user provisioning, groups, RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, and privileged access.
  5. Support cybersecurity, vulnerability remediation, threat monitoring, incident response, compliance, encryption, and system hardening.
  6. Manage backups, recovery procedures, restore testing, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  7. Support DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, wireless networks, connectivity troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  8. Provide Tier 2/3 support while using PowerShell automation, documentation, change management, and continuous process improvement.
