Compensation: The full range for this position is $19.25-$28.85/hr. The anticipated starting pay is $19.25-$24.00/hr and will bedetermined by factors such as skills, experience, and organizational considerations. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven DMV Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll leverage your knowledge of multi-state DMV processes to ensure accurate and timely completion of out-of-state title work. This position plays a critical role in delivering a seamless experience for both internal teams and customers.
What You'll Do
  • Review and verify title paperwork for accuracy prior to DMV submission
  • Prepare and process out-of-state title work in compliance with state-specific guidelines
  • Coordinate delivery of DMV documentation to vendors or state agencies
  • Manage correction requests by partnering with customers and internal teams to obtain required documentation
  • Communicate with vendors and state DMVs to track and confirm status updates
  • Follow up with internal partners on outstanding items needed for submission
  • Coordinate shipment of license plates to customers
  • Provide timely and consistent updates on work status
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed
