Job description

Data Loss Prevention Engineer, Senior

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forcepoint Engineer to support the architecture, deployment, management, and optimization of Forcepoint cybersecurity technologies across our enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Forcepoint Web, Email, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, as well as a solid understanding of network security, policy enforcement, and secure data flow.

You Have:

  • Experience in cybersecurity engineering or administration

  • Experience deploying and configuring endpoint DLP tools such as Forcepoint, Trellix, Microsoft, or Symantec, and Web Security in an enterprise or DoD environment

  • Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity compliance frameworks

  • Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, proxies, and secure architectures

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting DoD or federal government clients

  • Experience with Forcepoint CASB or threat solutions

  • Experience installing and operating Data Loss Prevention suites and cloud security gateways and managing API integrations with SIEMs and SOAR

  • Knowledge of Splunk, McAfee, or Palo Alto

  • Ability to meet DoW 8140 requirements

  • Forcepoint Certified Security Specialist Certification, such as DLP or Web Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
