We currently work with top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers across the US and Canada. This is a great chance to work with a fast growing Series B company.

Today our software guides sitework, so our clients can build on schedule and within budget. Every day across the world, leading homebuilders and land developers use Traceair to collaborate. For them Traceair is guiding "single point of truth" that shows and measures daily work progress, helps to optimize the next steps and prevents costly errors.
Position Overview
We are seeking a senior homebuilding executive (VP+ level experience) for a unique, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of enterprise relationships, customer value creation, and product innovation.
This is not a traditional sales position. This role will help drive a top-down enterprise strategy while ensuring customers extract maximum value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Relationship Development
  • Build and maintain relationships with VP, SVP, and C-suite leaders
  • Engage corporate stakeholders across land, development, and operations
  • Position TraceAir as a strategic enterprise partner

Enterprise Sales Motion (Overlay)
  • Partner with Account Executives to open executive doors
  • Support multi-division and enterprise-level deals
  • Contribute to national agreement strategies

Customer Value Enablement
  • Design and deliver high-impact training with Customer Enablement
  • Help customers improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Translate real-world experience into actionable guidance

Product Feedback & Innovation
  • Identify customer pain points and inefficiencies
  • Partner with Product to inform roadmap decisions
  • Ensure solutions reflect real-world use cases

Strategic Account Acceleration
  • Accelerate adoption across divisions
  • Connect division-level success to corporate strategy
  • Reduce friction in enterprise buying processes

  • Carry a traditional sales quota
  • Manage day-to-day division relationships
