Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes seeks a Division President for our Salt Lake City division based in Draper, Utah. 

What is the opportunity?

The Division President position is responsible for providing overall strategic leadership for all communities within a designated Division. This position will oversee and manage all aspects of the division operations (Land & Forward Planning, Finance, Production & Quality, Purchasing & Resourcing, Marketing & Sales, Customer Experience, etc.) to ensure maximization of company profits. This individual will establish both short and long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies in an effort to gain operational excellence.

This position is on-site 5 days per week.

What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the Division's fiscal function and performance.
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning and the introduction of new programs/strategies.
  • Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.
  • Improve the budgeting process on a continual basis through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets and provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization.
  • Evaluate the structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the division as well as provide individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities (where possible) of individuals.
  • All other duties as assigned
