Job description

Lumexa Imaging is one of the country's largest providers of outpatient medical imaging. With over 5,000 team members and more than 185 outpatient imaging centers across 13 states, our team conducts more than 4 million outpatient studies annually. We are the partner of choice for health systems and radiologists, delivering best-in-class clinical excellence, operations, and state-of-the-art technology across our platform.
Division President
Lead Growth. Shape Strategy. Build the Future of Imaging Together.
Lumexa Imaging is seeking an exceptional executive to serve as a Division President leading one of the nation's premier outpatient imaging organizations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role offers the opportunity to lead a multi-state business with full P&L accountability while shaping strategy, accelerating growth, and partnering with physicians and health systems to expand access to high-quality imaging care.
This is more than an operations leadership role - it's an opportunity to run a business.
As Division President, you will lead a significant portfolio of imaging centers, physician partnerships, and commercial growth initiatives with accountability for financial performance, operational excellence, talent, and long-term market strategy. As a member of Lumexa's executive leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving continued growth through organic expansion, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and de novo development, while regularly engaging with the Board of Directors on the division's strategy and performance.
Why Lumexa?
Lumexa Imaging is one of the nation's largest providers of outpatient imaging services and is uniquely positioned for continued growth. As a newly public company, we are investing aggressively in expanding access to affordable, high-quality diagnostic imaging through physician partnerships, operational excellence, and strategic market expansion.
This is a rare opportunity to join an executive leadership team where your decisions will directly influence enterprise strategy, business performance, and long-term shareholder value.
What You'll Lead
  • One of three enterprise operating divisions reporting directly to the CEO
  • Full P&L ownership for a large, multi-state healthcare business
  • Executive leadership of operations, business development, physician partnerships, and commercial growth
  • Strategic partnerships with physicians, health systems, joint ventures, and community stakeholders
  • Growth initiatives including same-site volume expansion, acquisitions, physician alignment, and de novo development
  • The current regional coverage for this role is the Southeast and Southwest of the US (GA, SC, AL, FL and AZ)

The Executive We're Looking For
We're looking for a proven healthcare executive who combines strategic vision with operational discipline and a passion for building high-performing organizations.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated success leading complex, multi-site healthcare businesses with full P&L responsibility and has a track record of accelerating growth, developing executive talent, strengthening physician partnerships, and delivering measurable business results.
Experience within outpatient healthcare, ambulatory services, physician practice management, or specialty healthcare is required, with imaging and radiology leadership strongly preferred.
In market residence within Southeast region strongly preferred; candidates residing in other geographies must commit to weekly travel to core locations (minimum 2 nights per week in GA and/or SC)
Lumexa Imaging provides a competitive compensation program to attract, retain, and motivate a high-performance workforce.
Lumexa Imaging is an equal opportunity employer.
